Employee minimum hours

Record agreed hours per employee, per pay period. Monitor if their hours drop and automatically ‘top up’ their hours to meet the agreement.

Set up

Login to Tātou Office and navigate to People > Employees.
Select the relevant employee then Employment (tab) > Employee Details (panel) > Edit

  1. Enter the agreed hours as per the employment agreement

  2. Click the check box to activate ‘Top up to agreed hours’

  3. Enter the relevant costing code to best allocate any top up costs, save changes

Top up to agreed hours is now available
