Weekly min hours: Minimum agreed hours per week e.g. 30 Top-up type:
Assessment period: The fixed calculation period for any averaging Assessment start date is per employee in their Employment Period |

Absence impact: Absence reasons that contribute to agreed hours or earnings will reduce top-up entitlements e.g. Opted out of available work |

How it works
Once applied, you can see agreed hours top-up data in the following sections and screens;

Pay Periods The Overtime column displays any time tracked above the agreed hours, these can be paid or unpaid depending on your settings above. People > Pay Periods |
