Enabling Client Access

With our Client Access feature, you can grant a restricted access for your clients to view and approve jobs in the Office App.

Clients will have view only access to jobs tracked on their locations and blocks

Set up instructions

  1. Login to Tātou Office app and visit Admin → Clients

  2. Open the Client’s page by clicking on the Client Name OR clicking Green Arrow.png

  3. Edit Client

  1. Enter the Contact Person’s Details

Contact Name and Email are Required

  1. Click on the Access Toggle to Enable Access

  2. And Save

Once Client Access is granted this symbol Client Access Shield.png will appear next to the Client’s Name

  1. Contact details and a “Send Activation Email” button will populate under the Client’s name

  2. You can “Send Activation Email” and “Resend” if required, to help clients gain access to Tātou

If a Client has already gained access to Tātou the “Activation” email options are no longer available. To access their account, they will need to use their username and the Forgot Password option to gain access.

If they do not know their user name - you can look this up in the Edit Client pop up window.
