Starting the Kiosk

Employees with Tātou Field App Access & Kiosk Manager Permissions are able to set up Kiosk Mode after logging into the Tātou Field App.

If you do not see the option to select JOBS MODE or KIOSK MODE → talk to your Tātou Admin and ask them to check your Permissions Group and Settings.

Landing Screen

When users select KIOSK MODE the Field App opens to the Kiosk Scans Screen.

On this screen kiosk managers are able to start the kiosk review kiosk scans that have taken place on the device:

  • Start Kiosk

  • View all Kiosk Scans

  • Search all Kiosk Scans

  • Search by Kiosk Scan Type

  • Edit individual Kiosk Scan Information

Start Kiosk Settings

Kiosk Managers must first define information about work that is being done before Employees can clock in and out. This includes:

  • Selecting ALL Tasks that will be needed by Employees

  • Selecting Client*

  • Selecting Location*

  • Selecting Block(s)*

  • Auto Unpaid Break - turned On or OFF

  • Save

  • START KIOSK

Jobs created through the Kiosk will be assigned to all Blocks selected. Employees cannot select which block they are working in
