Set up

1. Your Tātou Office team will have given you access to the Tātou Field app—if your password has not yet been set, go ahead and do this now.
   You should have received an email with instructions to reset your password. Contact your Tātou Office team if you’re having any trouble.

2. Download the Tatou Field app from the Google Playstore (Android) or Apple's App Store (iOS).

3. Open Tātou Field, login, and wait for the app to load.

Make sure to keep your Tātou app up to date to get the latest features and bug fixes!

Field app: Tablet vs Mobile

The tablet is the full-featured version of the app and is aimed more towards larger, crew jobs and assigning rows. You can view and create any jobs while you’re on the go and even when your device is offline.

Tablet users can't view or edit jobs created on a mobile and mobile users can't view or edit jobs created on a tablet.

Navigating the app

There are four main sections of the Tātou Field app:

• My Jobs: This is where the app opens and where all you created jobs are shown. From here you can view, edit and delete jobs.

• My Crew: This section contains your current crew and their details.

• My Schedule: This sections contains jobs that have been scheduled for you by your Tātou Office team.

• Start a Job: From here you start a new job.

The Menu

You can open the menu either by swiping from the right-hand side of the screen to the left, or tapping the menu button (the 3 dots) in the top right-hand corner.
