Tātou Office App Navigation
Set up
When setting up the office app, Tātou will provide you with Office logins to get you started. Once you've got these, head to https://office.tatou.com/ to login.
Navigating Tātou Office menu
The menu is divided into 8 main areas:
Dashboard
Overview: The landing page for Tātou Office App users, with key widgets to help manage tracking accuracy, attendance, and employee information alerts.
Operations: Summarised information on operational costs, hours, units worked and tasks completed.
Performance: Intended to help Tātou Office App users review contract rate performance and task completions.
Productivity: Summarised information on work completion, average unit rates and costs, with grouping and filtering options.
Jobs
All Jobs: A full list of jobs organised by Crew Leader, linking through to individual jobs and their timesheets, expenses, etc.
Timesheets: A full list of timesheets, organised by Employee, linking through to individual jobs and their timesheets, etc.
Expenses: A full list of expenses associated with Jobs, linking through to individual jobs and their timesheets, expenses, etc.
Kiosk Scans: Enabled for Tātou Kiosk Feature users, listing individual Kiosk scan by employee, linking through to the Job and Timesheet.
Start a job: Create a job in the office, for yourself or a colleague
Operations
Projects: Create a project spec and monitor budgets and progress in real time. Generate scheduled tasks in bulk
Planner: Assign scheduled tasks to employees or teams in our easy drag and drop planning board
Scheduled tasks: Pre-plan tasks and send to employees in the field
Invoices: Review job costings and create invoice lines. Integrated with Xero AU and NZ
People
Employees: Add employees, edit details, assign crew to leaders, manage groups, etc
Groups: Here you can create groups to make managing reports easier
Roles: Set up your employees roles with default hourly rates
Pay Periods: Earnings by employee for each of your pay periods
Attendance: Daily Attendance for each employee.
Reports:
Reports: Download processed data such as timesheets, payroll reports, employee inventory, etc
Exports: Download raw data from Tātou (useful for editing and re-importing, or sharing with other platforms).
Admin
Clients: Set up your clients, locations and blocks for tracking against, assign divisions to present relevant info to your employees
Tasks: Create task categories and specific tasks within, assign roles or divisions to present relevant info to your employees
Equipment: Add machinery or material expenses to be added to a jobs, these can be on charged in invoicing
Contractors: Record any subcontractors you are associated with
Forms: Create custom forms for capturing additional information on a job: health and safety checklists, SOP’s, spray records, quality checks and more!

Settings: Customise your pay periods, jobs costs, field app rate types and more
Division: Segment your employees, clients, locations and tasks to increase privacy and accurate tracking
Permissions: Create access rules for employees, determining which features and data they can see
Message topics: Create clear communication processes with messaging to a resolution
Integrations: Connect your data to other software for seamless sharing
QR Code Generator: Enabled for Tātou users who are using Tag & Track and or Kiosk Features.
