Key Features
Before adding “New” Employees check that a profile has not already been created and set to INACTIVE. You can Export a full list of employees from the Report Menu → Exports Page that lists ALL employees and their status.
Timesheets for INACTIVE Employees will still be visible and pull through for Payroll reporting if there was time tracked for them.
Add Employees: There are 2 ways Employees can be added:
Individually using the “+ NEW” button →
← or
Bulk Import Employees using the “IMPORT” button →
←
Filter Options: There are multiple filter options to help users find employees, but note Employee Status is automatically filtered to ACTIVE Employees.
Pro Tip: Groups are a great tool to help manage seasonal employees' status (i.e. a Group called “Winter Pruning Crew” can be created, filtered to, and users can use the Bulk Edit feature to change their status to INACTIVE).
Edit & Review Employee Profiles: Click the
to open an Employee’s Profile
Bulk Edit Employees: Selecting multiple Employees will bring up the Bulk Edit button, with the number of employees selected noted to the left, and an option to Cancel on the right.

When Bulk Editing Employee Profile details it is possible to REPLACE or ADD NEW. Use caution when using this feature to make sure you are selecting the detail option under the correct heading.
