Blocks are a collection of Rows, that belongs to a specific Location
To use “Assign Rows” tracking in the Field app, your Block must contain at least one Row
There are three ways to create or update blocks and their rows:

Bulk importing details Allows for single or multiple blocks in one file

Manually entering details Suited for small blocks or quick edits

Uploading a legacy blocksheet Limited to Plant unit types only

Manually enter details

Open Tatou Office

Navigate to the Location you wish to add a Block to
-
Click the “Add” button at the top of the Blocks table

Select the “Manually enter details” option

Complete the fields below
-
Click “Confirm”

Open the newly-created Block
-
Click “New” button at the top of the Rows table
-
Complete the fields in the pop-up

Repeat steps 8 and 9 for each Row
Uploading a legacy blocksheet

Open Tatou Office
-
Navigate to the Location you wish to add a Block to

Click the “New” button at the top of the Blocks table

Select the “Upload blocksheet” option

Click “Upload” to upload your pre-formatted blocksheet file
