Clearing your cache

How to clear your cache on the office app if updates aren't showing.

Force cache refresh

  1. Go to https://office.tatou.com/#/jobs

  2. Hold down the Shift key and press F5—this will refresh your page.

If updates are still not showing, try the following:

Clearing your cache

  1. Go to your browser history.

  2. Click Clear browsing data.

  3. Select Cached images and files only.

  4. Click Clear data.

  5. Now refresh or go to https://office.tatou.com/#/jobs

The web app may take a little bit longer to load but updates should appear. If the problem is still persisting you can submit a ticket to Tātou support.
