Can't Login?

Problem

An error appears that says "Incorrect username or password" or "Please complete all fields".

Solution

If you are having troubles logging into your account try the solutions below:

Tātou Field App

  1. Check your username is correct and in all lowercase

Usernames can be any character length and include:

  • lowercase letters

  • numbers

  • and symbols

e.g. support, support123, support123$

  1. Re-enter your password

Passwords must be 8+ characters and include at least one:

  • lowercase letter (a),

  • uppercase letter (A),

  • number (1) and

  • symbol (#)

  1. Select the username field then use the keyboard to select next and then done to resubmit

  2. Contact your manager or Tātou Admin to confirm your details and reset your password

Tātou Office App

  1. Check your username is correct and in all lowercase

Users with access to the Tātou Office App can use either their username OR their email when logging into the Tātou Office App.

  1. Check your password is correct

Passwords must be 8+ characters and include at least one:

  • lowercase letter (a),

  • uppercase letter (A),

  • number (1) and

  • symbol (#)

  1. Contact your manager or Tātou Admin to confirm your details and reset your password

Navigate to the Employee Profile for the user who cannot login, and check the following:

Is the Employee Status ACTIVE?

Note: Returnees may need their password reset after reactivation

Does their permission group have Field App Access?

Are they using the correct username?

Were they using an Activation Email that was sent OVER 4 hrs ago? If YES, resend, and ask that they complete this process asap.
