"You are not connected" error

Problem

An error appears that says "You are not connected..." as the app is loading

Solution

This error message appears when your device has no signal or no WiFi connection, try the following:

  • Try to move to somewhere with better signal or connect to WiFi.

  • Restart the app.

When your device is offline, you'll still be able to see existing jobs (though they will not be up-to-date) and start new jobs.
