Employee Transfer with PICMI

Connect your PICMI account and seamlessly create new recruits as Tātou employees.

Generate an access token for PICMI

  1. Create a RESTful API access token in your Tātou account > Tātou Office > Integrations > RESTFUL API

  2. Login to your PICMI account to add the access token.

Send successful applicants to Tatou

Once an applicant status is changed to ‘ACCEPTED’ in PICMI, they will be automatically sent to Tātou.

Activate new employees in Tātou

New employees in Tātou are automatically set to ‘inactive’ status

To activate new employees:

  1. View inactive employees here: Tātou Office > People > Employees > Status filter = 'Inactive'

  2. Change to active;

    1. Select and https://support.tatou.app/kb/bulk-edit-employees or,

    2. Click to view each employee and use the status switch in the top right.
