This release merges Workload top ups with advanced Overtime calculation settings designed to help capture payroll and costing data related to employment agreement specific entitlements.

What’s Changed?

Settings | Entitlements | Overtime

Overtime calculations have had an upgrade, and will no longer be managed in Settings.

For users that assessed overtime based over multiple weeks using rolling assessment periods, these are no longer available. Any overtime calculations will now be based on a fixed assessment period start date located in your Employee’s Employment Period.

People | Earnings Rules

All Workload top ups and Overtime are now managed with Earning Rules. These rules can be applied to Employee’s who share the same employment agreement entitlements and calculations relating to top ups or overtime will be applied accordingly.

Earning Rules | Overtime Calculations

Overtime calculations have had a revamp. Enabling more detailed rules to be created and applied to employees through Custom Earning Rules set up by your organisation.

Overview Dashboard | Weekly overtime widget

Works off Earning Rules to help keep an eye on who is at risk of or entitled to overtime based on hourly or performance bonus hours worked to date, and where specific employees are in their assessment period for overtime.
